She plays a key role in co-ordinating across manufacturers, distributors, and the end customer, focussed on making the entire supply process smooth and efficient.
With prior experience in industrial LED lighting and global account management, Maxine brings strong product knowledge and a clear understanding of partner and end customer needs. Her background in operations and HR within the mining engineering sector has shaped her people-focused approach and commitment to building trusted, long-term relationships.
