Depending on the amount of LED P/M + Voltage distances up to 168 Metres on a single roll fed from both ends.
What colours are available?
All colours are available including RGB (Red, Green & Blue) RGW (Red, Green & White). Colour temperatures are also available from 2500K – 6500K.

What LED Lighting Voltages Can Your Power Supplies Use?
Any LED lighting Voltage from 85 – 265 VDC.
Where are the LED lights manufactured?
LED lights manufactured by one of the World’s leading edge manufacturers in China. It’s State of the Art technology, attention to research and development, International Testing & Certifications, make it the most widely used application in its class.
How is the LED Lighting Installed?
For LED lighting installation, the strip can be easily attached to existing infrastructure (eg. Mesh, Cable Channels, Cataneries etc) with the use of Cable Ties. We can also provide a UPVC or Aluminium strip for a more uniform/aesthetic look.
Can LED lighting be submerged underwater?
Yes, IP67 up to 1 metre.
What are the Lux Levels on the Strip?
The LED lighting Lux Levels are dependent on how many LED’s per meter. Please see Spec’s Sheet on Product Pages.

What material is your strip lights made of?
We supply PVC as well as silicone strip lighting.
What is the brightness level?
Our brightest light in our standard range is 1080 lumens per meter.
What lengths are available?
We offer a wide range of options with varying running lengths, depending on the lumen output and watts per meter. For extended lengths, you’ll need two power supplies, each powering the strip light from opposite ends. Our long-range option supports up to 150 meters, while our newly developed tunnel LED strip light can achieve an impressive running length of up to 400 meters, with power supplied from both ends.
Are the lengths customizable?
Yes, you can order the lengths you require to fit the area you will install them in. You can also purchase a whole roll with connectors as spares and you can cut the lengths you require as and when you need them.
Are they wired parallel or in series?
They are wired in a parallel circuit, therefore if one of the PCBs gets damaged, the rest of the strip light will continue to work.
Our strip lights are a cut and repairable solution in that if one of the Printed Circuit Boards are damaged, that segment can be cut out and a repair connector can easily be installed on site. Repair Kits
Do they come in different colours?
Our lights are available in white, red, green, blue and amber. We also have a 24 volt chasing/pulsating range available for directional and warning purposes which can be used in hazardous areas.
What is the power consumption?
Our LED strip lights are highly energy-efficient, with power consumption ranging from as low as 2.4 watts per meter to 12 watts per meter for our brightest option. Although the initial investment may be higher, the savings on running and maintenance costs over time far exceed the upfront installation expense.
What is the voltage requirement?
Our lights operate on low voltage with options of 12, 24, 36 and 48 volts.
How would I power the strip lights?
We supply a power supply/driver which matches the voltage of the strip light. Our power supplies are dual output so you can connect two strips to one power supply bearing in mind, it needs to be a large enough power supply to effectively power both lengths. if you will be using the lights in the same area, our team will assist with this calculation.
How does the power supply work if the output voltage on site is 230-400 volts?
The power supply has a few functions and key benefits.
Although our strip lights have a built-in bridge rectifier, the power supply converts the high voltage AC to low voltage DC.
Provides a steady and consistent voltage and current to the strip light.
The power supply has built in over-voltage, over-current and short circuit protect as well as overheating protection. These factors protect the strip light in the event of an electrical hazard.
The Power supply overall maximises the lifespan of the LED strip light taking all the above factors into consideration and ensuring the LED strip light operates within their designed specification. The power supply also help us achieve longer running lengths.
Are the lights dimmable?
Yes, all our led strip lights have dimming capabilities and we offer a dimmable power supply.
What is the beam angle?
180 degree beam angle.
Are the led strip lights waterproof?
Our LED strip lights are IP67 and can safely be used outdoors.

How do I install them?
Installation does not require any expertise. Most of our customers use either our PVC mounting channel which comes in 1 metre pieces or simply cable tie them up.
Are there any other accessories needed to install the lights?
The strip comes with a snap front connector with 3m cable pre-fitted to the strip light as well as a snap end cap. If powered both ends, the light will be pre-fitted with a front and rear connector with a 3 metre cable. Repair, bend and T connector kits are also available for purchase as spares to install yourself. Videos of how to install the connectors are available here

Can I get a longer cable lead if my power source is further away?
Yes we can customise the cable length on the front connector of the strip light to meet your specific application needs.
Do you supply an AC strip light?
Yes we do. We can install an AC plug to the strip light which can be plugged directly into the AC to AC transformer. Unlike the DC strip lights, you will not require a power supply.
What is the operating temperature?

When do I get the lights after the order is placed?
For our most popular and frequently sold strip lights, we generally have stock available and can dispatch your order within one week. If the specific model you ordered is not in stock, please allow 4 to 5 weeks for manufacturing and delivery.
