ULTRA LONG TUNNEL RANGE - 48v

The x-Glo Ultra Long LED Lighting Tunnel Range was developed to meet the specific needs of our customers for an LED strip light requiring less power supplies per installation.  The Ultra Long LED Tunnel Light strip can span up to 400 metres of continuous light between power supplies, the longest available on the market.

Each 5, 10 or 20-metre length is pre-fitted with IP 67 quick connectors on each end, facilitating easy connection or decoupling of the LED light strips as required. This feature is particularly advantageous in tunnel construction environments, allowing for progressive installation of the LED light strip as the tunnel construction progresses.

The LED light strip is IP67 rated and encased into a solid silicon extrusion with C-Mask™ dust and dirt retardant technology to keep these LED lights consistently bright in the harshest environments.

Ultra Long Tunnel Range

Standard Range

The x-Glo LED Lighting Standard Range is used mainly in mining where there is sufficient access to 240v power for the 12, 24, 36 or 48v AC/DC power supplies. Each strip is typically powered from both ends for maximum run lengths and provides redundancy if the LED strip is accidentally cut or damaged.

Run lengths depending on the lumens required, range from 42 to 90m. These LED Light strips can be cut to size at 10-15cm intervals to suit your specific length requirements and can be done on-site.
Available in a Silicon or PVC extrusion with nanotech dust and dirt retardant properties to keep these LED Lights shining brighter in the harshest environments.

Standard (STD)

Long Range

the Long Range LED lighting product is mainly used when access to 240v power is limited, thus allowing longer run lengths between the 24, 36 AC/DC volt power supplies. Often used in tunnelling, tunnel construction, mining declines and drifts.

Being able to span over longer lengths between power supplies means less power infrastructure needed, making it less expensive and faster to install. When powering the LED light strip from both ends the maximum run lengths are doubled. This also provides redundancy if the LED light strip is accidentally cut or damaged.
Based on the lumens required the run lengths range from 80 to 168m.
These LED light strips can be cut to size at 10-15cm intervals to suit your specific length requirements and can be done on-site.
Available in a Silicon or PVC extrusion with nanotech dust and dirt retardant properties to keep these LED lights shining brighter in the harshest environments.

Long Range (LR)

Explosion Proof Lighting Range

Our SafeGlo explosion proof LED light strip is the ONLY IECEx and ATEX certified LED strip light available.

Our explosion proof LED light strip has been specifically developed hazardous areas such as oil & gas, refineries, chemical and fuel storage, aviation, coal mines, explosive magazines and hazardous industrial areas, such as paint manufacturing, tanks and high dust zones.

Being an explosion proof product each LED strip is ordered and manufactured to the required length.  Each explosion proof light strip can only span a maximum of 30m per power supply and can be powered with 24, 36, 48v AC or DC IECEx approved power supplies that we can design to your specifications on request.

We supply PVC as well as silicone strip lighting.
Our brightest light in our standard range is 1080 lumens per meter.
We offer a wide range of options with varying running lengths, depending on the lumen output and watts per meter. For extended lengths, you’ll need two power supplies, each powering the strip light from opposite ends. Our long-range option supports up to 150 meters, while our newly developed tunnel LED strip light can achieve an impressive running length of up to 400 meters, with power supplied from both ends.
Yes, you can order the lengths you require to fit the area you will install them in. You can also purchase a whole roll with connectors as spares and you can cut the lengths you require as and when you need them.

They are wired in a parallel circuit, therefore if one of the PCBs gets damaged, the rest of the strip light will continue to work.
Our strip lights are a cut and repairable solution in that if one of the Printed Circuit Boards are damaged, that segment can be cut out and a repair connector can easily be installed on site. Our lights are available in white, red, green, blue and amber. We also have a 24 volt chasing/pulsating range available for directional and warning purposes which can be used in hazardous areas.
