DESCRIPTION
The Mineglow em-Controller is an industrial lighting controller designed specifically for the Mineglow range of intelligent LED strip lighting.
Developed for mining, tunnelling, conveyors, industrial infrastructure and hazardous environments, the em-Controller provides complete control of lighting colour, direction, pulse patterns and operating modes while integrating seamlessly with existing site networks and automation systems.
The em-Controller can operate as a standalone lighting controller using its built-in manual controls or as part of a fully integrated em-Control system using Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Modbus TCP or HTTP/JSON communications.
Purpose-built for harsh industrial environments, the controller enables real-time visual communication through the Mineglow em-Light range, supporting applications such as:
- Emergency evacuation guidance
- Vehicle awareness systems
- Traffic management
- Exclusion zone indication
- Personnel guidance
- Process and operational status indication
- Tunnel and underground mining safety systems
For larger installations, Mineglow em-Repeaters and additional power supplies can be added to extend lighting systems while maintaining synchronised operation across the entire installation.
The em-Controller is configurable through the em-View web interface and features a manual override capability to ensure continued operation during communication outages.
